Solsien is a creative and technical production company specialising in ambitious live experiences, installations and unconventional projects.
We collaborate with organisations and creative teams that want to do something distinctive. Our work sits between concept development and practical delivery, bringing together creative production, technical direction, staging, immersive audio, technical systems and production logistic
We understand that projects rarely arrive as simple technical briefs. They may begin with an atmosphere, a narrative, a visual reference, a piece of music, a spatial idea or a question about how an audience should experience the work.
Our role is to translate that intention into a technical production that can be planned, communicated and delivered.
TWO DECADES OF
PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
Solsien was founded by David Wynter, whose 20-year career has spanned every stage of live production, from sound engineering and artist liaison through to production management and technical delivery. He has worked on projects such as Cannes Lions, Formula E, Extreme E, Glastonbury Wilderness, Latitude and two Olympic games. Together, David and the Solsien team bring extensive experience across live production, technical delivery and event environments, providing the expertise needed to support complex projects from concept through to completion.

We work alongside creative directors, artists, producers, production managers, designers, composers, venues and internal technical teams.
Our role can be broad or highly focused. We can lead the technical production of an entire project, develop a specific staging or audio concept, provide specialist Soundscape expertise or support an existing production team with planning and delivery.
